Summary of Position

Provide business coverageduring the "TradeGo" migration project scheduled for implementation in Q4, 2025.

The role will providebusiness as usualLetter of Creditoperational support to provide the SME bandwidth to participate in project workshops, testing and validations.

The position will assist with all of the Global Finance businesslines in the Americas (Global Energy &

Commodities ProjectFinance, Acquisition SponsorFinance and Aviation), Operations Management and other support functions to ensure optimal support, customer service, risk management and process improvement.

Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:

1. Amend existing LC's upon request.
2. Confirm and advise export LC's.
3. Complete the examination and negotiation of documents that have been presented.
4. Execute wire payments.
5. Process the fee collection and reconciliation of participation LC's and investigate when necessary.
6. Issue fronting LC's on behalf of a bank group in syndicated transactions.
7. Fulfill Doc Collections (URC522) as requested.
8. Close monitoring of all applicable Natixis bank accounts, including house accountsand individual customer DDA accounts to always ensure proper account balances.
9. Daily Reconciliation of all USD and foreigncurrency activity. Items left open in Corona must be properly labeled with owner's name, detailed comments, label date and clearance date (if known).
10. Maintain strongworking relationship with Collateral Team on uncommitted transactions to ensurequick processing times and unified front to Client.

1. Review and respond to allFront Office and Customer email inquiries.
2. Dialogue with Front Office,Supervisor and any other Teams as necessary/elevation of problematic situations.
3. Review Daily work of outsource work provided by Broadridge when necessary.

Requirements

Experience with Letters of Credit issuance with minimum of 3 years of document examination.

Knowledge of Uniform Customsand Practices, ICC Publication 600, and International Standby Practices 1998 (ISP98), Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements ICC Pub. 525 and Uniform Rules for Collections

ICC Pub. 522.

Commercial and Standby Letters of Credit transaction knowledge.

Good oral and writtencommunication skills are required for heavy contactwith beneficiaries, applicants, correspondent banks and Natixis branches.

Knowledge of Loan IQ and SWIFT applications
