      Engineering Coordinator

      Location: FST New York City Office; 50 Broad Street, New York 10004

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to inquiries.
      • Work closely with team leaders to develop and update project requirements while keeping clients informed.
      • Attend project meetings, document key milestones, and follow up on action items with both internal teams and clients.
      • Maintain and organize project directories, schedules, and critical documentation (drawings, submittals, invoices, etc.).
      • Assist with managing and coordinating commissioning work products across multiple projects.
      • Ensure clients receive timely updates on project status, deliverables, and required documentation.
      • Track project budgets and help ensure projects remain on financial targets.
      • Organize and facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with team leaders to align with client expectations.
      • Coordinate scheduling across multiple platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) and manage meeting logistics.
      • Support fieldwork in a limited capacity for documentation and data collection.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
      • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in keeping both financials and project tasks organized and on schedule.
      • Strong client communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
      • Demonstrated experience in invoicing or project based financial administration
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe, Bluebeam REVU, and project management platforms such as ProCore, E-Builder, or BIM 360.
      • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

      Desirable Experience:

      • Ability to perform equipment take-offs on design drawings and a base understanding of MEP Systems.
      • Previous experience in the construction management, billing, or engineering industry.

      Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
