## Description

The **Youth Advocate Supervisor** oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards.

**What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...**

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development.

• Oversee case management practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational policies.

• Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients, modeling best practices in engagement and advocacy.

• Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered approaches in all aspects of the program.

Beal Street Supervisor Schedule, 4 day work week, every other weekend off, 2 week rotational schedule.

**Week 1**

- **Monday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Tuesday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Wednesday:** 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Thursday:** Off
- **Friday:** Off
- **Saturday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Week 2**

- **Sunday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Monday:** Off
- **Tuesday:** Off
- **Wednesday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Thursday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Friday:** 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Saturday:** Off

**Qualifications/Credentials**

- The desire to work with youth
- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Experience working with youth (12-18) in a residential/group care setting

- Education or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching
