The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP seeks workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

Qualifications:

- **Experience:** Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
- **Client-Focused Approach:** Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution.
- **Skills & Expertise:** Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
- **Professionalism & Collaboration:** Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
