## Description

**Advanced Industries LLC** has been in business for over 50 years as a turnkey manufacturing company fabricating aluminum and steel products for the **Department of Defense**. **Responsibilities:**  
- Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and drawings  
- Assemble and fabricate metal parts using power tools and hand tools  
- Follow welding codes, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and safety  
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments  
- Actively participate in all 6S processes within assigned department  
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- **Must pass pre-employment drug screen** **(including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted)** **(Required)**
- Superior attendance
- Proven experience as a TIG welder and proficient in TIG welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
