Pay is $11–13/hour, onsite in Odessa. **Key responsibilities** - Welcome customers and communicate clearly while guiding vehicles through the wash process - Prep vehicles and perform sharp quality checks so finishes meet Mighty Wash standards - Keep the lot and work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next rush - Maintain a fast pace, follow safety procedures exactly, and support teammates to hit results **What you’ll bring** - Consistent, positive attitude and reliable attendance - Comfort working on your feet in a busy outdoor setting - Focused attention to detail and a forward-thinking approach to learning ### A Shift in Motion You arrive on time, clock in, and connect with the on-duty manager to get your assignment—staying consistent as the pace ramps up. Safety stays front-and-center as cars roll through. If you’re working more than four hours, you’ll take a lunch, then jump back in with a focused, forward-thinking mindset to finish strong.
