SUMMARY: The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, overseeing staff, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and shipping, focusing heavily on team leadership, safety compliance, process improvement and accurate record keeping for smooth product flow and customer satisfaction. Key duties include training warehouse staff, assigning task, enforcing safety rules and regulations, as well as coordinate with other departments, blending supervisor duties with hands on involvement. The Warehouse Supervisor must remain focused on practicing and implementing our core values with all warehouse staff and operations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · **Staff Supervision:** Hire, train, discipline, schedule, motivate and evaluate warehouse team. · **Operations Management:** Coordinate daily activities with own staff to assure internal customers can operate efficiently to attain company OTM goal. Tasks include loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing for production jobs, and customer sales orders. Assist production, QA and engineering teams when needed · **Inventory Control:** Managing stock levels, conducting daily cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, conducting audits and root cause analysis, analyze SLOB inventory and ensure accurate record keeping · **Safety and Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols (OSHA /DOT) and company policies to maintain a secure workplace environment · **Process Improvement:** Analyze and streamline warehouse workflows for greater efficiency with a strong focus on eliminating waste and cost reduction · Able to adapt and respond to other assigned duties outside job description QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
