## Description

**Location:** Sparks, NV

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Pay:** $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm

Lawson Drayage is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Nevada Division. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and preparing customers' equipment and materials for shipment.

**What We're Looking For:** Someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both physical warehouse work and basic inventory documentation.

**Key Responsibilities** 

- Receive and inspect incoming equipment and materials.
- Unload and move incoming items into designated warehouse locations.
- Organize and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Tag and track incoming and outgoing equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Prepare equipment and materials for outgoing shipments and upcoming jobs.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
- Communicate with team members regarding inventory, shipments, and material locations.
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to perform physical warehouse work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of the team.
- Willingness to learn Lawson's warehouse processes and systems.

**Preferred Qualifications** 

- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience.
- Forklift experience and/or ability to become forklift certified.
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Experience with shipping and receiving documentation.

**Physical Requirements** 

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and reach.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Ability to perform an active, hands-on warehouse role requiring frequent movement.

**Compensation & Benefits** 

**Pay:** $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
