This is more than a driving position. As a Van Driver, you will be one of the first friendly faces our children see in the morning and one of the last at the end of the day. Your reliability, patience, and positive attitude will help children travel safely and comfortably while giving families confidence that their children are in caring hands. No previous experience is required.** ## **About MKSA and KULA** Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and medical needs. Our programs support children who may experience: - Fine and gross motor delays - Speech and language delays - Sensory processing needs - Feeding disorders - Cognitive and developmental delays - Hearing disorders - Medical needs Our multidisciplinary teams include teachers, teaching assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, nutrition professionals, and audiology providers. Together, we work with children and their families to provide individualized, patient-centered care that promotes development, independence, and meaningful progress. Every dependable arrival helps a child move forward. ## **What You'll Do** - Safely transport children to and from the Academy. - Create a calm, friendly, and welcoming experience for children during transportation. - Communicate professionally with families, employees, and clinic leadership. - Follow assigned routes, schedules, transportation procedures, and safety requirements. - Help ensure children are properly accounted for when entering and exiting the vehicle. - Conduct required vehicle and safety checks. - Report delays, concerns, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle environment. - Protect the privacy and confidentiality of the children and families we serve. - Represent MKSA and KULA with professionalism, patience, and care. ## **What We're Looking For** The ideal candidate will be: - Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety. - Patient and comfortable working with young children. - Friendly, respectful, and professional. - Able to communicate clearly with families, coworkers, and supervisors. - Attentive to details and able to follow established procedures. - Calm and able to use good judgment in changing situations. - Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in an active environment. - Committed to supporting children with developmental and medical needs. ## **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - No previous experience is required. - Ability to work appropriately with children from birth through age six and families who may be at risk. - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people. - Ability to read and understand instructions, safety requirements, correspondence, and company procedures. - Ability to prepare simple written correspondence and communicate effectively in individual and small-group settings. - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with databases, word-processing programs, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based software. - Basic math and practical problem-solving skills. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable company driving requirements. ## **Join a Team That Makes a Difference** At MKSA and KULA, every team member contributes to our mission-including the people who safely connect children with the services they need each day.
