## Description

As a **Valet Attendant**, you will provide courteous, efficient valet parking services while creating a positive first and last impression for guests through attentive customer service.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**

- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
- Answer guest questions about restaurants, events and activities
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

Performs other job-related duties as requested

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

**Education**

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent **Preferred**

**Work Experience**

- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a service-related positions **Preferred**

**Additional Requirements**

- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays **Required**
- Experience working in a similar resort setting **Preferred**

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
