## Description

The Trade Specialist plays an integral role in customer and vendor support to a specific client base. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining client and associate relationships, while serving as a specific trade related SME for complex issues and queries, proactively resolving their daily challenges. 

 

**This role will require weekend and/or evening availability.**

 

This is a remote position that must live in the United States, and solid HVAC knowledge is required.
