**Therapeutic Educator - Join Our Team!**

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate **Therapeutic Educator** to join our team at Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, New York. As a Therapeutic Educator, you will play a vital role in promoting re-acquisition of cognitive, physical, and social skills in a naturalistic setting.

**About the Role:**

As a Therapeutic Educator, you will be responsible for:

- Teaching and helping to develop a curriculum focused on disability and wellness education, cognitive and social skills development, pre-vocational skills, lifestyle management, and related areas.

- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment for our residents.

- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as education, neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, sociology, speech, or theology.

- Compassion, high energy, an outgoing personality with great people skills, creativity, organization, and professionalism.

- Mastery of English. Bi-lingual skills a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation:**

- **$21.50 - $23 hourly**
