## Description

**Eyas Landing - Avondale** is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based **Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex)** to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in **Chicago, IL.**

**Eyas Landing - Avondale** offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our **Merlin Day Academy**, a fully integrated **educational and therapeutic environment** for children ages **6-14** **years old** with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, **sensory processing disorder**, and other **neurodiverse** needs. This is an opportunity to combine **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)** with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

**About the Role**

As a **TA/BT Flex at Eyas Landing - Avondale**, you will foster each child's **cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth** through:

- Providing **individualized therapy**
- **Collecting data on programming**
- **Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA**
- **Collaborating daily** with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

#### **Schedule & Location**

- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm
- **Location**: 3319 N. Elston Ave. Chicago, IL (Free onsite parking available)

**Requirements**

- Associate's degree or equivalent college credit (60 credits) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Completion of 40-hour training of ASD and behavioral related subjects/evidence-based techniques
- Experience working with children or clients with special needs required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Active BACB certification preferred
