The team prioritizes continuous learning, adherence to ethical standards, and regulatory compliance, working together to sustain high-quality facilities that reliably meet business needs with efficiency and professionalism. **What you'll do:** - Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards. - Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective contaminant removal. - Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles. - Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management. - Collaborate with teams to support operational needs and maintain a safe work environment. - Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold facility safety. - Manage equipment inventory, perform repairs, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles. **What you'll bring:** - Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively. - Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods for cleaning. - Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment. - Competence in operating corporate vehicles and heavy machinery in compliance with safety standards. - Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members. - Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies with integrity and professionalism. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support facility maintenance needs efficiently.
