Committed to industry best practices, this team plays a vital role in sustaining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through consistent excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements. **What you'll do:** - Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures. - Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and equipment, documenting wear, repair needs, and replacement recommendations. - Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards. - Operate and maintain heavy machinery and company vehicles following safety procedures and regulatory requirements. - Order parts, track inventory, submit warranty claims, and process maintenance invoices. - Identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and equipment malfunctions, taking corrective action or escalating as needed. - Collaborate with teams to implement processes that meet business needs and support continuous improvement. **What you'll bring:** - Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines. - Ability to operate, inspect, maneuver heavy machinery and powered equipment safely in compliance with certification requirements. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA standards, ensuring quality and compliance in all maintenance activities. - Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and related documentation accurately. - Competence in identifying repair needs, recommending replacements, and conducting price comparisons for parts and services. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and contractors. - Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
