This commitment enables us to meet operational goals and enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders. **What you'll do:** - Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards. - Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions. - Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements. - Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance. - Coordinate purchases, control costs, and submit warranty claims for parts and equipment. - Lead and develop third-party providers while supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Communicate effectively with facility users to address service needs and resolve concerns. **What you'll bring:** - Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently. - Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations with a commitment to compliance and safety standards. - Experience in managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance and snow removal operations. - Strong skills in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and customer service communication. - Ability to prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate equipment purchases. - Capability to lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations. - Effective organizational skills to manage work priorities, documentation, and reporting requirements.
