Garden State Bins is a growing exterior cleaning and sanitation company specializing in commercial fleet washing, garbage can cleaning, dumpster cleaning, heavy equipment washing, and municipal sanitation services. **Position Summary**

The Fleet Wash Technician is responsible for performing professional exterior cleaning and sanitation services for commercial fleets, heavy equipment, garbage trucks, dumpsters, and other commercial assets. This is a hands-on field position requiring reliability, attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and professional interaction with customers. Prior fleet-washing experience is preferred but is not required; Garden State Bins will train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Wash and clean commercial truck fleets, garbage trucks, heavy equipment, dumpsters, and other commercial assets.
- Safely operate pressure-washing equipment and specialized cleaning systems.
- Follow established company procedures and service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, work areas, and job sites in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers while on-site.
- Work independently when assigned and collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Complete work orders, service documentation, and daily activity reports accurately and on time.
- Immediately report equipment issues, safety concerns, customer concerns, or service problems to management.
- Represent Garden State Bins in a professional manner at all times.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

- Fleet-washing, pressure-washing, commercial cleaning, or related field experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Class A CDL is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform the physical duties associated with a field-service position.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company operating standards.
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

**Work Environment & Physical Demands**

This position is primarily performed outdoors and may involve exposure to water, cleaning solutions, dirt, debris, vehicle traffic, varying temperatures, and changing weather conditions. Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, lift, carry, and safely operate commercial cleaning equipment.
