Our first product helps companies run GitHub Actions substantially faster and cheaper by owning and operating our own global fleet of bare-metal machines rather than renting generic cloud VMs. - Today, we orchestrate tens of millions of Firecracker VMs each week, running CI for 10,000+ companies and tens of millions in ARR. As the Technical Sourcer you’ll ensure that Blacksmith continues to identify, engage with and hire the highest caliber engineers in the market. You’ll ensure we continue to meet and exceed these expectations. **What you’ll do** - Own sourcing strategy for engineering and roles across both systems and product engineering. - Build talent pools and identify the highest caliber engineering talent networks to tap into. - Conduct deep research into engineering talent. Research papers, technical blogs, open-source contributions, social media activity, conference talks.
