**Responsibilities**  

The Tech Assistant provides assistance to the technologist, physicians and other staff members with peripheral activities associated with general diagnostic exams or other areas as directed. Typical duties include preparing patients for the exam, assisting physicians during procedures as directed, obtaining necessary supplies for procedures, patient accompaniment, process paper work, computer entries and image processing. This position will also provide back-up services as a Technical Associate and as a PSR.

**Requirements**  

Education and Work Experience:

- Must possess high school diploma or GED
- Must have 1 year of experience working in a direct patient care related field

Certification Requirements:

- Healthcare provider CPR

**Min**  

USD $17.83/Hr.  

**Max**  

USD $26.75/Hr.  

**Salary Information**  

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
