**Job Type:** 40 hours per week, full year position

**Pay:** $19.12-$22.62 per hour depending on experience and education

**Work Location:** Early Head Start Wantage, NJ | In person

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

- Supervision of children
- Lesson planning to enhance school readiness skills
- Implement screenings and assessments
- Facilitate family partnerships

**Qualifications:**

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Infant-Toddler child Development Associate (CDA) credential upon hire strongly preferred; must be obtained within 18 months of hire
- 2 or more years of direct experience in early childhood education preferred
- Head Start experience preferred.
