## Description

******Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)******

### **What You’ll Do:**

As a **Support Worker**, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:

- Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
- Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
- Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

### **What You Need**

- A **high school diploma or equivalent** or an **Associate degree in Human Services.**
- **2 Years previous work experience with children and families**
- A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
