Foster a culture of technical rigor ownership and continuous learning. - Work with teams across geographies to define and deliver solutions aligned with business needs marketplace growth and platform scale. ## What you'll bring - At least 6 years of professional software development experience with significant experience building modern full stack applications and leading technical architecture for large-scale platforms. - Strong proficiency in React TypeScript JavaScript HTML CSS and modern frontend architecture including state management performance optimization accessibility and responsive design. - Strong backend experience with Java (JDK 21) Spring Boot REST APIs Kafka Cassandra and distributed systems. - Experience building cloud-native applications across Azure GCP or private cloud environments with an emphasis on scalability performance reliability and resiliency. - Experience designing or integrating AI-powered applications LLM-based workflows or Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity developer experience or customer workflows. - Experience building or contributing to payments financial services lending fintech marketplace or international payment platforms is a strong plus. - Passion for building delightful user experiences while balancing engineering excellence scalability maintainability and performance. - Adept at breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions while balancing trade-offs across user experience performance cost reliability and delivery speed. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence align and partner with engineers designers product managers and stakeholders across global teams. - Experience mentoring engineers setting technical direction and raising the bar for engineering excellence. **About Walmart Global Tech** Imagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
