Together, we advance supply chain capabilities that support daily operations while fostering continuous improvement and innovation aligned with organizational goals. **What you'll do:** - Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. - Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives. - Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to manage product lifecycle, risks, and launch readiness. - Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance. - Mentor product managers, elevate product discipline, and influence technical direction without direct authority. **What you'll bring:** - Proven expertise in defining and executing end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps for complex or related product sets. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners. - Advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities, including analytics, experimentation, and AI feature assessment. - Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis. - Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery through launch and value realization. - Technical proficiency in system architecture, cloud services, and emerging technologies to guide product direction. - Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers within the team.
