Starting pay will vary based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications **Job Title:** RN- Staff Development Coordinator, Healthcare **Location:** 3935 Sunnyside Drive, Harrisonburg, VA 22801 **Hours:** Full-Time. Rotating on-call schedule. **Position Overview & General Responsibilities:**  As the Staff Development Coordinator, this team member plays a vital role in shaping the growth and success of our nursing team. This individual primarily supports the education of our nurse aide students by delivering engaging training, hands-on education, and personalized mentoring. The Staff Development Coordinator also leads comprehensive programs, including, but not limited to: clinical skills, regulatory compliance training, dementia care, CPR, feeding assistance, and additional educational and skills-based topics.
