Guild members help decide which stories reach the big screen, and fans buy their seats through Angel Tickets, our in-house ticketing service. Every theatrical release depends on how easily a fan can go from "I want to see this" to a seat in the theater. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Angel Tickets end to end. You'll partner with marketing, engineering, design, finance, and our many theater partners to make buying a ticket simple for fans around the world. You'll report to the Head of Product. You will: - **Own Angel Tickets end to end:** Lead the development and optimization of our in-house ticketing service for every theatrical release. - **Make buying a ticket effortless:** Streamline the purchase flow so fans can go from a movie they want to see to a confirmed seat with as few steps as possible. - **Align cross-functional partners:** Work closely with marketing, engineering, design, finance, and our theater partners to deliver product initiatives. - **Prioritize what matters:** Define and prioritize features and improvements based on fan needs, market trends, and business goals. - **Lead from idea to launch:** Run the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through build, testing, and release. - **Know the market:** Research competitors and the ticketing space to find where Angel can innovate and stand apart. - **Know your audience:** Build a deep understanding of fans' preferences and behaviors, and use it to guide product decisions and strategy. - **Measure and iterate:** Track key metrics and fan feedback, then keep improving the ticketing experience. - **Communicate clearly:** Manage stakeholder expectations and share product updates, timelines, and results. ## **What Success Looks Like** - Buying a ticket through Angel is fast and simple, and fans say so. - Ticket purchase conversion improves from one release to the next. - Theater partners see Angel Tickets as a reliable, easy-to-work-with partner. - The team ships experiments regularly and learns quickly from the results. - Marketing, finance, and engineering see you as the clear owner of Angel Tickets, with strong vision and execution credibility. ## **What You'll Need** - **Product leadership:** The tenacity and leadership experience to influence, lead, and organize complex projects, with individual ownership and high energy. - **Technical and business balance:** Enough technical depth and business savvy to earn respect from both engineers and business leaders. - **Strong communication:** An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - **Attention to detail:** You pick up on the details others overlook. - **Data-driven decision making:** You use data, research, and market analysis to shape product strategy and roadmaps. - **Comfort with ambiguity:** You manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and solve problems without a perfect playbook. - **Fast learner:** You pick up new skills and tools quickly. - **Candor and growth:** You share context, insist on candor with positive intent, take feedback well, and own your mistakes and move past them. - **Domain expertise:** Knowledge of ticketing, commerce, or the theatrical industry. - **Discretion:** You can keep confidential information confidential. - **AI fluency:** Strong use of AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and decision-making. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Linear, and Claude. ## **Required Experience** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in product management - Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation - Ability to incorporate data, research, and market analysis into product strategies and roadmaps ## **Preferred Experience** - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field - 2+ years of experience as a software engineer - Experience bringing a new product to market ## **What To Know** **Work environment -** When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy. **Physical demands -** Ability to sit at desk and use computer for prolonged periods of time **Position type and expected hours of work -** Regular full-time, 40 hours per week. **Travel required -** N/A **Work authorization -** Must be authorized to work in the United States.
