This role will own end to end seller businesses within the HPC categories, and offers a unique opportunity to drive large scale, high visibility strategic projects across a variety of internal teams. In this role, you will drive product, program, and process enhancements that drive long-term growth and improved customer experience. Responsibilities include expanding product selection, improving product availability, building strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally) and driving improvements to the Amazon third party platform. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and will be able to influence across a broad range of teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, managing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. They are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization. ## Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing - 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support and experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
