## Description

## Overview

**Position:** Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient PRN

**Location:** 731 Beta Drive Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143

**Schedule:** PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

**Compensation:** $50.00/Hr.

**Join our growing rehabilitation team!** Due to continued program growth and strong community partnerships, we're adding a Speech-Language Pathologist to support our expanding multidisciplinary team.

**NovaCare Rehabilitation** is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Mayfield Village, OH. Our PRN Speech-Language Pathologists enjoy a collaborative team culture, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to help patients reach their fullest potential.

Must have CCCs for this position!

## Responsibilities

- **Build Relationships:** Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- **Collaborative Approach:** Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
- **High Standard of Care:** Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
- **Personalized Treatment:** Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

## Qualifications

- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required
- ASHA certification is required
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
