With **80+ hospital locations and more than 11,000 employees nationwide**, our interdisciplinary teams work together to provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on achieving the best possible outcomes. ### What You’ll Do The **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** is responsible for providing direct patient care and developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on each patient's needs, goals, and condition. In this role, you will: - Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans. - Provide direct therapy in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and recommendations. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. - Contribute to the continued growth and development of speech therapy services. - Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of the hospital and the patients we serve. ### Qualifications **Education & Licensure** - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. - Current SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located. - Current BLS certification required. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or as required by state regulations. ### Why PAM Health?
