As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver personalized treatments that enhance our guests' wellness journey while providing the warmth, care, and luxury that define the MacArthur Place experience. **What You'll Do** **Deliver Exceptional Wellness Experiences** - Provide massage and body treatment services offered by the spa, which may include modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, and other services consistent with the therapist's training, certifications, and licensure. - Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, wellness goals, and contraindications. - Customize treatments to provide safe, effective, and personalized care. - Educate guests on treatment benefits, post-service care, and wellness recommendations. - Recommend spa services and retail products that enhance the guest experience. - Execute all pre- and post-treatment responsibilities, including treatment room setup and reset, review of guest intake information, service documentation, sanitation procedures, and inventory replenishment. **Create Memorable Guest Experiences** - Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. - Create a relaxing, luxurious environment that promotes comfort and well-being. - Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests and concerns with care and professionalism. - Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy, comfort, and service excellence. - Address guest concerns with professionalism and care, promptly elevating service issues to spa leadership to support timely resolution and guest satisfaction. **Support Spa Excellence** - Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before, during, and after services, ensuring they remain clean, organized, properly stocked, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times. - Comply with all federal, state, local, and hotel sanitation, hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.
