Through therapeutic support, skill-building, and individualized care, you’ll build meaningful relationships that help residents strengthen independence, navigate barriers, and make steady progress toward their goals.

**Pay:** Range starts at $24.00/hour (pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

**Job Summary & Deliverables**

The Social Service Worker provides therapeutic behavior management, case management, and other services as defined by licensure and ensures excellence in client care, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.

**Essential Functions**

- Provides therapeutic behavior management as prescribed by the program-specific care plan in a residential setting
- Follows care plan to monitor progress, teach skills, address behavioral concerns, and bill accordingly
- Assists Therapists or Registered Nurses as needed to develop and review safety/crisis plans and care plans
- Develops therapeutic relationships with clients
- Reviews and assesses care plans
- Coordinates services among internal and external agencies and providers
- Meets required client care hour expectations and other organizational expectations

**Education**

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field

**Experience**

- None

**Licenses/Certifications**

- SSW or SUDC licensure in state of practice
- CPR certification (Post-hire)
- Valley de-escalation certification (Post-hire)
