This role provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The position will be responsible for processing daily billing for assigned customers and either assist with or perform payroll functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Review and enter driver settlement pay items accurately and timely. - Process and maintain referral and sign-on bonuses for drivers, as well as other miscellaneous deductions. - Prepare terminal manager approvals for driver settlements. - Import pay information into TMW for driver settlements. - Run various audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. - Perform daily fuel imports and audits to maintain accurate records. - Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure accurate results and resolve any discrepancies. - Research and resolve any pay issues promptly and efficiently. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. - Assist with or perform payroll functions as needed. - Other duties as assigned by the current manager. **Qualifications** - Proven payroll experience, preferably in a Transportation or Logistics environment. - Ability to learn and use multiple systems, with TMW experience being a plus. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Intermediate skills in Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Abilities Required** These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
