Do right by people, every time. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return • Translate technical repair findings on Porsche's sophisticated platform into clear, confident guest communication that earns authorization through honest recommendations • Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made • Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule • Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance • Deliver a consistent, professional Porsche-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store • Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** • 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable backgrounds encouraged to apply • Porsche or European luxury brand service experience a strong plus -- familiarity with the platform and the ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one • Clear, composed communicator -- Porsche guests are knowledgeable and the advisor who earns their loyalty does so through preparation, accuracy, and honest follow-through • Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- precise estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning guests • Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record **WHAT WE OFFER** • **OTE** **$50,000 -
