Their efforts contribute to reliable facility operations and sustained performance across HVAC and refrigeration systems. **What you'll do:** - Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units and building pneumatics. - Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance. - Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. - Manage refrigerant handling, inventory, and vendor relationships in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. - Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating skill development. - Participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs outside regular hours. - Maintain company vehicles and ensure adherence to safety and operational policies. **What you'll bring:** - Proven expertise in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and HVAC units. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant systems in commercial settings. - Knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA refrigerant handling protocols, and compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC/R codes. - Experience leading field teams, mentoring technicians, and managing escalated service calls. - Ability to manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and coordinate service calls to meet business. - Proficient in documenting work orders, maintenance logs, and submitting required reports accurately. - Skilled in operating company vehicles safely and in accordance with policies. - Commitment to continuous improvement, safety training, and adapting to evolving technologies and processes.
