As a Senior Staff Specialist Marketing and Business Development on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Take responsibility for a subset of **customers** - Understand and **map their SAM** - Understand and track **customer program dates** - Work with Sales to create **3-5yr forecasts**  - Agree **annual revenue targets** and product mix with Sales & take responsibility to achieve revenue - Work with **Allocation** team to ensure supply - **Communicate issues** to Sales - Manage **customer allocation calls** - Communication **customer issues** to IFX management Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - 6+ years of progressive experience - **Self-motivated entrepreneur** with a desire to set challenging targets and achieve them - Willingness to **persevere** and dig to find the heart of issues - Be **detailed oriented** yet able to simplify, summarize and communicate the big picture in an effective manner for senior management **Additional information** Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
