Build executive-level client relationships and shape joint business strategies that align advertiser and Walmart Connect priorities. Translate complex business goals into data-driven, full-funnel retail media recommendations. Present insights and opportunities clearly to influence client decisions and internal priorities. Lead cross functional partners to deliver integrated solutions, remove barriers, and ensure strong execution. Mentor less-tenured associates and represent Walmart Connect in high-visibility client and strategic planning discussions. ## **What you'll bring...** **Preferred Qualifications...** Experience in retail media, ecommerce, or omnichannel advertising environments Strong understanding of advertising technology, measurement frameworks, and attribution models Experience leading joint business planning (JBP/JVBP) with large enterprise advertisers Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex negotiations Experience driving strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including experience leading C-suite engagements Recognized expertise in developing consultative sales strategies and complex advertiser solutions At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
