## Description

- Serve as the primary Marketing partner for Customer Growth, translating customer priorities into integrated marketing plans.

- Connect campaigns across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid and owned media, creative, offers, and promotions to prioritized customer actions and outcomes.

- Embed Customer Growth priorities into campaign briefs, calendars, roadmaps, and planning forums.

- Identify opportunities to improve alignment across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.

- Partner across eCommerce, Product, Merchandising, Operations, Decision Sciences, and Analytics to coordinate growth initiatives and launch readiness.

- Translate customer insights and performance into future marketing recommendations.

- Build strong relationships across Marketing to advance Customer Growth frameworks and operating principles.

**What you'll bring...**

- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, paid and owned media, creative, and campaign planning.

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across a complex organization.

- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills.

- Experience translating strategy into scalable execution while managing multiple priorities.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use customer insights and business performance to inform decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00  

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
