## Description

- Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.·
- Lead and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.·
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee program management process improvements by conducting analyses, developing solutions, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Foster collaboration across teams to increase service capabilities and implement process enhancements.
- The Sr Manager will oversee, workforce planning, and cyclical programs including **performance management**, talent reviews, succession planning, engagement, and the Annual Operating Plan.  
**What you'll bring:**  

- Proven expertise in program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams while establishing clear performance expectations.
- Excellent decision-making capabilities supported by data analysis, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive sponsors with clarity and influence.
- Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementation of best practices aligned with organizational strategy.
- Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
