## Description

- Lead technology transformations from discovery through implementation and optimization.
- Evaluate user experiences, processes, systems, data, and operational needs.
- Define future-state workflows, experiences, requirements, and success measures.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and business teams through delivery.
- Lead testing, readiness, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, and emerging technology.
- Use data and user insights to improve experiences and business outcomes.
- Communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.

**What you'll bring...**  

- Deep experience in salaried or high-volume/hourly hiring, with strong end-to-end process knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the talent technology landscape, leading industry platforms, and best-in-class practices.
- Proven ability to lead complex transformations from discovery and current-state assessment through design, implementation, launch, and adoption.
- Strong digital execution experience, including translating business needs into requirements and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design through delivery.
- Ability to connect process, technology, data, and user needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
