## Description



- Identify and evaluate data sources to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives and drive actionable insights.
- Mentor team members on analytics methodologies, data storytelling, and best practices.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.

**What you'll bring:** 

- Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence tools to drive actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, and distributed data storage systems.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical and visualization techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights effectively.
- Solid understanding of business metrics, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
