with producers and ensures concerns are resolved Collaborates with the plant and Home Office including Logistics to meet production needs and quality standards Develops and implements productivity initiatives to increase production and improve quality profitability and environmental impact Collaborates with producers to increase the raw product supply needed for new production growth or capabilities of the plant Serves as the company representative for producers and cooperatives by implementing message frameworks Identifies producers engaged in innovative and sustainable practices Ensures key external audiences understand Walmarts culture and values Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent communication and media relations Develops maintains and leverages relationships with national local and online journalists and bloggers for proactive and reactive media stories Mitigates and elevates potential media opportunities Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs developing and communicating business plans and priorities removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance providing
