## Description

# **Job Description Summary:**

The Senior Financial Analyst role prepares financial models, projections, executive-level analyses, and lender-reporting materials; partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making; and contributes to reporting automation, process improvement, financial governance, KPI management, and special finance projects.

# **Job Description:**

**Key responsibilities:**

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance-management processes.
- Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses, variance reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain financial schedules and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate banking, covenant compliance, lender reporting, audit requests, and other financing-related documentation.
- Support financial dashboards, reporting tools, data integrity, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impacts, support operational initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
- Support special projects and other Finance priorities as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial-analysis experience preferred
- Strong MS Office, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required

Bachelor of Science (B.S): Accounting, Bachelor of Science (B.S): Business Administration/Management, Bachelor of Science (B.S): Finance

### **Work Experience:**

Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Microsoft Office

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
