This role works closely with the Preconstruction, Operations, and Field teams to evaluate project opportunities, develop budgets, establish schedules, identify risks, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates throughout the preconstruction process. The Senior Estimator will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information, solicit pricing, and ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. In addition, this role leads complex estimating efforts, mentors Estimators and Assistant Estimators, supports business development initiatives, and helps establish estimating best practices across the organization.
