The **Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms** will lead the team responsible for **MarTech Engineering, Marketing Data Foundations, Technical Program Management, and Organic Growth.** You’ll set the strategy and roadmap for these capabilities, make clear prioritization and investment decisions, and connect business needs to scalable technology and growth solutions. You’ll lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 people spanning engineering, data, program management, and organic growth. You’ll bring these disciplines together as one cohesive organization, developing technical leaders and functional experts while building shared capabilities used across a global portfolio of consumer products. As the function’s impact grows, the team and remit have the potential to expand into additional areas of Growth Technology. Near-term priorities include strengthening our **marketing data and technology foundations to enable better measurement and audience activation; scaling AI-enabled automation and performance intelligence; advancing creative technology; and expanding experimentation capabilities** across the portfolio. You’ll determine how to sequence these investments based on business value, technical readiness, and where shared capabilities can create the greatest leverage.
