We are looking for a technically strong engineer with strong leadership skills to expand and maintain our flagship client server accounting product built to work on Windows. Individual contributions are seen and recognized at Infovisa. You will be involved in all levels of the software development life cycle. Each team member is required to wear many hats and wear them well. We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team, with the potential to grow into a leadership role over time. The right candidate will have the skills and ambition to eventually step into a team leader position. **Successful candidates will:** - Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. - Enjoy solving problems. - Want to work full time in the office, collaborating with and potentially leading team members. - Have 5+ years of meaningful job experience using C++ or C#. - Embrace the use of AI to improve code quality and productivity. - Enjoy working in C++. Most of our new development is written in C# and .NET, but we have a very large legacy code base written in C++ that will not be going away**.** - Be creative and interested in all tiers of software development, from backend interfaces to user experience. - Be flexible and adapt well to change. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
