You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments. **How You Will Make an Impact** - Takes a leadership role in all aspects of the design, development and implementation of data mapping and conversion - Subject matter expert on system schema, data mapping and financial balancing at conversion - Supports tax processing by optimizing data transmission between applications - Client liaison for data related issues; identifies and works to resolve discrepancies - Supports implementation team throughout client onboarding for any data related matters - Develops scripts and facilities to optimize data loading processes to ensure timely completion **Required Experience**  - Bachelor's Degree required - 10+ years’ experience in data mapping and conversion - Strong preference for candidates with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accounting - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Hands on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture - Project Management skills are critical to this position, as success involves strict adherence to projected release dates - Ability to work proactively, both independently and in small groups - Strong analytical skills to identify system and business impacts Join SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 120,000 USD to 135,000 USD. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between 120,000 USD to 135,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
