T**he ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities, experience in system design using CAD/Revit, and a proven ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This individual also plays a client-facing role, supporting relationship management and contributing to business development efforts, while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.** **Responsibilities:** - **Design and engineer access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems for commercial and data center projects** - **Develop system layouts, schematics, and documentation using CAD and/or Revit** - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality security solutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various regions - Serve as a client-facing representative, building trust and long-term relationships - Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends **Qualifications and Experience:** - 5–10 years of experience in security engineering, specifically in access control and surveillance systems - Experience supporting corporate fit-outs and/or data center projects - Strong knowledge of multiple hardware and software platforms (access control, CCTV, visitor management systems) - Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit preferred - Excellent communication and client relationship management skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - **This position is hybrid in our New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia offices for candidates who are local, remote for other candidates.** **Location**: **New Jersey or New York (HYBRID) Or REMOTE** **Travel**: Some travel to US sites. **Compensation & Benefits:** The expected base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
