## Description

**Job Title:** Part time Security Officer  
**Company:** IronRock Security  
**Location:** Red Bank, NJ  
**Pay Rate:** $17-17.75/hour

**SHIFTS 3-11pm**

**Position Overview:**  
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced **Security Officer** to oversee security operations in the Central Jersey Area in Red Bank, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with **access control**. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and monitor access control points

- Conduct regular patrols of the residential property

- Perform occasional **mobile patrols** as needed

- Write clear incident and daily activity reports

- Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

**Requirements:**

- Previous **security experience required**

- **Access control experience required**

- Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)

- Strong communication and report-writing skills

- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

**Compensation & Benefits:**

- $17-17.75/hour

- Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours

  * IronRock pays 50% of the employee-only medical premium

  * Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment

- Dental & Vision insurance available (company contributes to employee rate)

- 401(k) available after 1 year of employment
