## Description

We're excited to extend that spirit of connection and celebration into our new cafe program in our Abbot Kinney store. We are searching for a great Barista who will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range beverages while delivering outstanding customer service. This role will be crucial in creating a kind and inviting atmosphere, giving our patrons a high-quality and memorable experience with our brand.

As our Cafe Barista, you'll be the heart of our cafe’s operations, working side by side with our Retail team. You’ll be the coffee and matcha expert, ensuring that every matcha, espresso-based drink, and soft serve is crafted to perfection. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced, dependable, and looking for a stable position with great benefits.

**This role is a seasonal position for the team and will support our team from October through January with the exciting holiday rush to our stores.**

**This range reflects the good-faith estimate of compensation Our Place reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.**
