***Roles & Responsibilities:***  
• Scan service repair orders into the system and file appropriately  
• Other duties as assigned

- Scan vehicle deals, accounting checks, and service repair orders into the system and file appropriately
- Manage and organize the filing of vehicle deal jackets for three dealerships
- Assist others in office where needed
- Other duties as assigned
