## Description

### Ingersoll Auto of Pawling is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in computer applications
